NEWS - RETURN FROM TRIP TO EUROPE

Germany | Paris | Reims | Bordeaux | Madrid | Oporto | Duoro Valley | London | Cellars

Paris is amazing. On the first day we walked to the highest point in the old city, a cathedral called Sacre Coeur. The view took our breath away. The old city which is largely intact stretch's off into what seems infinity. Cream coloured four or five story buildings as far as the eye could see. Every thing in Paris is bigger than you could imagine. The Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Opera all need hours to enjoy. The Arc de Triumph was huge! The fourth picture is of the circular stair inside it and the fifth image is from underneath it. The stain glass window is of the Notre Dame Cathedral which defies description.

The second image is inside the most beautiful man made space I have ever been in, the church Sainte Chappelle. It is a master piece of Gothic architecture built in 1248. The sixth image is the grand hall with in the Opera.
